Week in review

  • May 17, 2013

This week we released an Imagine a World Without Hate educators’ guide, a companion to the ADL’s viral video that brings discussion of bullying, prejudice and hate to the classroom. We had a briefing on The Quest for Equity and Fair Treatment in 2013 and held a peer leadership training at a local school teaching students to stand up against bullying and hate, and welcomed the decision of the Newseum to exclude members of Hamas from their list of journalists killed in 2012, noting as well that we are willing to work with the Newseum as it confronts modern challenges of this nature and sharing information about Al-Aqsa television, the Hamas tv network, on our blog.  We also took the time to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Shavuot.

Enjoy the weekend!
